Job Title: Architectural Liaisoning Manager

Experience: 7-8 Years

Location: Pune

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end liaisoning with authorities such as PMRDA, PCMC, and other regulatory bodies

Ensure compliance with UDCPR and applicable development control regulations

Prepare, review, and submit drawings and documentation for approvals

Handle challans, statutory fees, and submission processes

Coordinate with government departments to obtain necessary project approvals

Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants (Architectural, Structural, MEP, Legal, etc.)

Track approval status, follow up with authorities, and resolve queries efficiently

Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, and correspondence

Review and interpret architectural drawings for compliance and submission purposes

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field

7-8 years of experience in architectural liaisoning and approvals

Strong knowledge of:




PMRDA & PCMC approval processes

UDCPR regulations

Challan and statutory compliance procedures

Proficiency in AutoCAD with ability to read and interpret drawings

Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Experience:
Exposure to MET Park or industrial/township projects

Experience with online approval and submission portals

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
