Procurement Executive

Qualification:
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred- Diploma in Procurement programs preferred.- Hands-on experience on SAP -PS Module preferred.Experience:
- 5 - 7 years’ experience in construction, interior fitout related procurement, Billing, etc.- As per the Indent received, the quotes from various vendors/contractors will have to be invited. Comparisons will be submitted to Director of Project Implementation & Monitoring Office (PIMO) for further processing.- If there is a rate contract. Then PI will be invited from the vendors/contractors, as per the indent and will be submitted to Director (PIMO) for approval after checking the rates.- Once the PI is approved, then PR and PO processing will be done in SAP.- To get the PO signed from authorities.- Once the PO is signed, it has to be sent to vendor/contractor, then follow-up for material delivery on site.- Should maintain an Indent Tracker till delivery of material and update Director (PIMO) on regular intervals regarding the status of indents.- Processing the Advances,



if any as per the PO terms.- Registration of new Vendors/contractors as per the procedure laid down by SVKM.- Any other work given by Superiors from time to time.- To get replacement from vendor for rejected material.
