We are looking for a Stores Executive to manage inventory, material handling, and dispatch operations. The role ensures accurate stock records, proper storage, timely material issuance, and coordination with internal teams for smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
- Handle receipt, storage, and issuance of materials as per SOPs
- Ensure FIFO, proper labeling, storage, and warehouse upkeep (5S)
- Inspect incoming materials and manage kitting for production
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Finance teams
- Manage dispatch process, packing, and shipment tracking
- Maintain stock records, documentation, and audit readiness (ISO)
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and regulatory standards

Requirements:
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 1-4 years experience in stores/warehouse/inventory
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems & MS Excel
- Positive coordination and organizational skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
