Beacon Hotels, a part of the Concept Hospitality Group, is launching a new premium property at Atal Path, Patna, located near the serene banks of the River Ganges. We are building a hotel driven by strong operations, disciplined workforce management, and consistent guest experience—and assembling a high-performance team from day one.

We are looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our dynamic hospitality team as Food & Beverage Associates. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced luxury workplace, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized, and professional service to all guests
- Greet guests courteously and assist them with seating
- Present menus with in-depth knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and pairings
- Take accurate food & beverage orders and ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas




- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Hotel Management preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
- Team player with strong guest-handling skills

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
- Duty meals provide
