Job Summary:
The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to customers, providing information about products/services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
- Explain products/services and generate leads
- Maintain call records and customer database
- Follow up with customers for sales or feedback
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with sales or support team
- Prepare daily call reports

Required Skills:




- Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language)
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Customer handling ability
- Positive attitude and patience

Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)

Experience:
- 0-2 years in telecalling / customer service
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply

Transport Facility: Available
