About the Role

Hyphae Laboratories is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote its general pharmaceutical products across the Jammu territory. This is a field-based role ideal for individuals who are driven, disciplined, and looking to build a long-term career in pharma sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain robust professional relationships with healthcare providers
- Cover the assigned territory extensively and ensure regular doctor calls
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate Daily Call Reports (DCR) and other field activity records
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
- Conduct and support promotional activities such as doctor meets and CMEs
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned territory

Requirements:




- Bachelor’s degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred, but not mandatory)
- 0-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the territory
- Basic computer knowledge (training will be provided for SFA and DCR tools)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined approach to work
