Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible BAMS Duty Doctor to manage in-patient (ward) care, monitor patient progress, and support consultants in delivering quality treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage patients admitted in wards (IPD)
- Conduct regular ward rounds and update patient condition
- Maintain and update case sheets, treatment charts, and medical records
- Administer basic treatment and ensure timely medication
- Assist consultants during rounds and procedures
- Coordinate with nursing staff for patient care and treatment plans
- Handle patient and bystander queries regarding treatment progress
- Identify complications and escalate critical cases immediately
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes
- Follow hospital protocols,



infection control, and patient safety standards

Skills Required:
- Strong patient management and ward handling skills
- Valuable clinical assessment ability
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in shifts (including night duty)
- Knowledge and ability to handle allopathic (English) medicines appropriately
- Attention to detail and responsibility

Additional Requirements:
- Valid BAMS registration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital ward management
- Experience in handling allopathic treatments in a hospital setup is preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
