About the Role

We are looking for an Architect who doesn’t just design—but also ensures that designs actually get executed properly on site. This is a hybrid role combining architectural planning with hands-on project coordination for interior and renovation projects, including government works.

If you only enjoy making drawings and hate site chaos, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings (AutoCAD mandatory)
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure design execution aligns with drawings
- Manage day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors
- Assist in quantity estimation, BOQs, and material planning
- Track progress, identify delays, and proactively resolve issues
- Support billing and documentation related to project milestones
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections





Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (SketchUp/Photoshop is a plus)
- Practical understanding of interior fit-outs / renovation works:
- Ability to handle both design + execution:
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to visit sites frequently

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,417.44 - ₹57,920.42 per month
