Designation: Delivery Rider

Role Overview

Partnr is looking for dedicated Delivery Riders to ensure timely order deliveries and

assist in store operations. This role requires reliability, time management, and basic

inventory handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure order delivery within 2 hours
- Deliver orders within a 10 KM radius
- Conduct inventory audits as required
- Handle stock inward and put-away processes
- Manage and support store operations during DSO week
- Ensure safe handling and accurate delivery of all orders

Working Details
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Week Off: Rotational (No fixed off on Saturdays or Sundays)

Salary & Payment Details
- Salary Cycle: 26th to 25th of every month
- Salary Processing: Salary will be credited before the 10th of every month

Fuel Reimbursement




- Fuel allowance will be provided once every 15 days
- Fuel Cycle & Payout:
- 1st to 15th → Paid before 20th of the same month
- 16th to 30th/31st → Paid before the 10th of the following month

Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike)
- Valid driving licence or learning licence is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling is an added advantage
- Good time management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
