Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telemarketing & Customer Support Executive who can handle outbound calls, generate leads, and provide excellent support to existing customers. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Telemarketing:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
- Explain product features, perks, and pricing clearly
- Follow up on leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales or call targets

Customer Support:
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required




- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Good listening and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
