Job Summary:
The Guest Service Associate (Housekeeping) is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms as per hotel standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels
- Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures
- Refill guest supplies like toiletries, water, and tea/coffee items
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Ensure rooms are ready before guest check-in
- Maintain cleanliness in corridors and public areas
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
- Respond to guest requests politely and quickly

Requirements:
- Basic education
- Ability to understand simple instructions
- Physically fit for cleaning duties
- Positive attitude and teamwork
- Basic communication skills (Hindi; basic English is a plus)

Experience:
- 0-2 years in housekeeping (hotel experience preferred, freshers can apply)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
