Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning
- Teach children through play-way and activity-based learning methods.
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and daily classroom activities.
- Introduce basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colours, shapes, phonics, rhymes, and environmental awareness.
- Conduct storytelling, music, dance, art, craft, and sensory activities.
- Encourage language development, communication, and confidence.

Classroom Management
- Maintain a clean, secure, colourful, and child-friendly classroom.
- Ensure student safety and proper supervision at all times.
- Manage routines such as snack time, activity time, and dispersal.

Assessment & Reporting
- Monitor student progress through observation and simple assessments.
- Maintain portfolios, worksheets, attendance, and progress reports.
- Share regular feedback with parents during PTMs.

Parent Communication
- Maintain positive communication with parents regarding child progress, behaviour, and development.




- Guide parents on home learning support when needed.

School Responsibilities
- Participate in assemblies, celebrations, annual functions, and special events.
- Assist in school activities, competitions, and admissions interactions when required.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- D.El.Ed/ NTT
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Skills Required:
- Love and patience for working with young children.
- Creativity and energetic personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Classroom organization skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
