We are seeking a proactive Retention Associate to convert pre-bookings into confirmed admissions through effective follow-ups and parent engagement. The role involves addressing concerns, guiding parents through the admission process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while achieving conversion targets.
- Conduct structured follow-up interactions with parents after pre-booking, ensuring clarity on curriculum, schedules, and enrollment procedures to drive timely admissions.
- Proactively engage with prospective parents who have not completed admissions within the defined timelines, addressing concerns related to academic offerings, fees, and outcomes, while serving as the primary point of contact.
- Achieve and maintain a minimum conversion rate of 70% from pre-bookings generated by student counsellors by leveraging effective communication, relationship management, and understanding of student needs.
- Manage and respond to mentor referral pre-bookings, ensuring seamless coordination between academic and admissions teams for smooth onboarding,



while serving as the primary point of contact.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and admission status in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Prepare and submit detailed weekly reports to the Project Coordinator, including key metrics such as pre-booking status, conversion rates, follow-up effectiveness, and admission trends.
- Collaborate with academic, counselling, and operations teams to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for students and parents.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
