Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Reporting Manager to handle sales reporting, complaint tracking, and operational data management. This is a desk-based role requiring analytical and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update daily sales reports
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates
- Track and manage product rejections and returns
- Handle and record customer complaints efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Support sales data updates and reporting requirements

Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Tally
- Quick learner with strong analytical ability
- Good communication skills to handle complaint calls
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Holidays: Sundays & Major Festivals

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
