We are looking for a creative and platform-smart Social Media Executive who understands Instagram and contemporary social media culture beyond just posting content.

This role is for someone who understands how social media actually works trends, engagement, audience psychology, reels, content flow, and client handling in an agency environment.

If you are someone who is updated with trends before they become mainstream, enjoys brainstorming content ideas, understands how Instagram algorithms and engagement work, and can manage client accounts professionally this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities
- Handle and manage social media accounts for multiple clients
- Plan, schedule, and publish content regularly
- Brainstorm creative reel and post ideas based on trends
- Understand Instagram trends, hooks, viral formats, and audience behavior




- Coordinate with designers, editors, and content team.
- Use Meta Business Suite for scheduling and account management
- Maintain proper content calendars and posting timelines
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, audio trends, meme culture, and platform updates
- Generate content assistance using AI tools (claude, chatgpt wherever comfortable)
- Write basic captions and content briefs
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding approvals and content updates
- Work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage deadlines

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
