Key Responsibilities
- Track daily/weekly production status against the approved production plan
- Ensure production is executed as per plan and highlight deviations (delay, shortage, excess)
- Coordinate with production, planning, warehouse, and procurement teams for smooth material and goods flow
- Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and finished goods status
- Prepare and share production status reports, MIS, and dashboards with management
- Follow up on pending production orders and expedite where required
- Identify bottlenecks impacting production and escalate issues proactively:
- Support dispatch planning based on production readiness
- Ensure data accuracy in ERP / Excel / planning tools:
- Assist in continuous improvement for production planning and supply chain efficiency
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of supply chain and production planning concepts:
- Experience in production tracking, plan vs actual analysis:
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- ERP system knowledge (SAP / Oracle / any manufacturing ERP - preferred)
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Experience Required
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or production planning:
- Hands-on experience in monitoring production status and execution
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
