Role Overview
(This role involves weekly on-ground execution and may require weekend availability.)

We are looking for a highly energetic and proactive individual to plan, host, and execute anime-related events on a weekly basis. This includes both offline events (meetups, watch parties, tournaments) and online engagement activities (games, contests, community interactions).

This role requires complete ownership — from ideation to execution — along with the ability to represent Anime India as a confident and engaging event host.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Event Planning & Ideation

Plan weekly anime events (offline + online) with engaging formats like watch parties, quizzes, cosplay meets, tournaments, and community challenges. Continuously bring fresh ideas to improve engagement.

2. End-to-End Event Execution





Own the complete event lifecycle — concept, planning, venue/vendor coordination, promotion, execution, and post-event wrap-up — ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.

3. Event Hosting & Community Engagement

Act as the event host and engage attendees through games, giveaways, contests, and live interactions while managing crowd flow and maintaining high energy.

4. Venue & Vendor Management

Identify and manage venue partners and coordinate vendors for gaming setups, AV, F&B;, and merchandise. Build long-term relationships with reliable partners.

5. Promotions & Marketing

Plan and execute online and offline promotions with internal teams to drive awareness, reach, and attendance.

6. Partnerships & Collaborations

Collaborate with anime communities, creators, and partners. Build robust relationships to expand reach and credibility.
