Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and hiring expectations for different roles
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for closures

Key Skills Required
- Strong sourcing and screening ability
- Good understanding of different job roles (sales, marketing, etc.)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms

Eligibility / Experience
- Prior experience in recruitment (agency or freelance preferred)
- Freshers with strong sourcing skills can also be considered

Compensation Structure




- Per closure payout (success-based):
