1. Design Execution & Ownership
- Independently execute design tasks across brand identities, campaigns, layouts, and visual systems.
- Translate briefs and creative direction into compelling, accurate, and production-ready designs.
- Own assigned workstreams end-to-end, from concept refinement to final output.

2. Concept Development Support
- Contribute meaningfully to ideation sessions and early-stage concepts.
- Develop visual directions, mood boards, layouts, and explorations under senior guidance.
- Iterate concepts based on feedback while preserving design intent.

3. Brand Consistency & System Thinking
- Support the development and rollout of visual identity systems.
- Ensure typographic, color, layout, and compositional rigor.

4. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with senior designers, copywriters, strategists, and project managers.
- Clearly explain design choices and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure feasibility and quality.

5. Craft & Quality Control




- Maintain high standards of layout, typography, image treatment, and detailing.
- Ensure all outputs meet technical, aesthetic, and brand benchmarks.
- Prepare final files for print and digital production with accuracy.
