_We’re Hiring: EHS Officer (Environment, Health & Safety)_

Location: Ringus Industry: Manufacturing / Metals
Experience: 3-6 Years
CTC: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory EHS regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Maintain records of safety training, incidents, and compliance reports
- Organize safety training programs, toolbox talks, and mock drills
- Monitor PPE usage and enforce safety standards on the shop floor
- Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Liaise with government authorities for EHS-related approvals and audits
- Ensure proper waste management and environmental compliance




- Promote a strong safety culture across all departments

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certification in Industrial Safety (preferred)
- Robust knowledge of EHS laws, ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Good communication and training skills
- Ability to handle emergencies and take quick decisions
- Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting

Preferred Industry Experience:
- Manufacturing / Metal / Engineering Industry
- Experience in handling plant safety, audits, and compliance

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
