facilities, and exports to 15+ countries is looking for:
PURHASE EXECUTIVEs

Job location: Ambernath & Lower Parel

Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to identify and develop reliable vendors for _raw materials, chemicals, and consumables_ as per requirement received from internal teams.
- Ensure to float inquiries, obtain quotations, and negotiate best price, payment terms, and delivery

schedules as per given timeline.
- Should prepare and process purchase orders in ERP system.
- Follow up regularly for timely deliveries and current material requirements across plant locations
- Responsible to monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory to avoid over stocking of material.
- Maintain procurement related records for audits (ISO, QMS, customer audits) as per SOP.




- Assist for budgeting and cost forecasting activities as per requirement of HOD.
- Should have strong collaboration with Production, QA/QC, Stores, and Finance teams.
- Support invoice verification, GRN reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with R&D; and QA for sourcing materials for trials.
- Collect and verify TDS, COA, and specifications from suppliers
