Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Telecaller who can generate qualified leads, fix meetings, and support the sales team in closing deals for corporate events, exhibitions, and rental services.

This role is the frontline of revenue generation — your calls directly convert into business.

Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
- Make 80-120 calls daily to:
- Corporate companies
- Event agencies
- Government departments / institutes
- Pitch company services:
- Exhibition stall design & fabrication
- Corporate event management
- Rental services (ACs, furniture, structures)

2. Lead Qualification
- Understand client requirements:
- Event type
- Budget
- Timeline
- Identify serious & high-potential clients:
- Filter out non-relevant leads

3. Meeting & Follow-Up
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
- Send WhatsApp introduction & company profile
- Follow up regularly until meeting confirmation

CRM & Data Management
- Update daily activity in CRM (NeoDove)
- Maintain:
- Call logs
- Lead status
- Follow-up reminders

5. Database Building
- Create and update lead database from:
- Google / LinkedIn
- Exhibition directories
- Business listings

Required Skills:
- Valuable communication (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident and persuasive speaking
- Ability to handle rejection & pressure
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0-2 years (freshers can apply)
- Experience in telecalling / sales / BPO is a plus:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

Daily Targets (Strict)
- 80-120 calls/day
- 15-25 meaningful conversations
- 5-8 qualified leads/day
- 2-4 meetings scheduled/day

KPIs (Performance Indicators)
- Number of calls made
- Leads generated
- Meetings scheduled
- Conversion contribution to sales

- Fixed: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000/month
