- Engineering leadership & delivery
- Lead engineering teams critical to organisational performance, ensuring high-quality outcomes delivered predictably to time/budget.
o Coach, mentor, and develop engineers; build capability for current priorities and future platform evolution.
o Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, tooling, and methods that progressively advance service capabilities.
o Own and communicate an ambitious technical roadmap for Remote Access services that maps to business needs and constraints.
- Remote Access platform ownership
- Provide day-to-day engineering leadership for Remote Access platforms, operating as a hands-on technical leader where needed, and ensuring excellent cross-team collaboration.
o Translate the agreed access architecture into actionable engineering backlogs, runbooks, and measurable outcomes (e.g., experience, stability, adoption, compliance).
