The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our founding team.
This is a creative + execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to work directly with the founders to shape our brand voice. What you'll do
- Plan, ideate, and manage a monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Lead a team to design compelling creatives.
- Ideate, Coordinate and execute shoots for Reels/short-form videos, and draft hooks, and scripts that resonate.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Share insights to optimize content and posting schedules.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure messaging consistency and campaign alignment.
- Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and features
- Execute high-visibility campaigns, partnerships, or viral experiments directly from the Founder’s Office.
