Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.

- 6+ years of experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Operations, or Production Support.

- Hands-on experience building and operating large-scale cloud-native platforms across multiple environments.

- Solid expertise in SRE principles including incident management, reliability engineering, observability, automation, and operational excellence.

- Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.

- Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, automation, and platform provisioning.

- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and observability platforms.

- Strong knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, scalability, performance engineering, capacity planning, and fault tolerance.

- Experience implementing enterprise security controls including IAM, RBAC, encryption, secrets management, and compliance requirements.

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go,



or equivalent.

- Experience operating GenAI, LLM, RAG, MLOps, or AI platform workloads in production environments.

- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading enterprise-scale SRE and Platform Engineering initiatives.

- Experience designing and operating multi-region, highly available distributed systems.

- Expertise in Kubernetes platform operations and cloud platform engineering.

- Experience implementing GitOps, self-service platforms, developer platforms, and automation frameworks.

- Strong expertise in platform observability, reliability optimisation, and operational governance.

- Experience managing cloud cost optimisation and FinOps programmes.

- Experience with Kafka, Spark, streaming, and event-driven architectures.

- Experience supporting GenAI, LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, MLOps, or LLMOps platforms.

- Experience mentoring SRE, Platform Engineering, and DevOps teams.

- Experience working in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance.
