08 to 10 years of experience in Test System design. Sound knowledge on different platform solutions like NI/test stand/Industrial PC based/PXI etc., for architecting a test system based on the need. Able to handle the complete custom HW design from requirements for the test system, design, prototype and validate the HW. Ability to architect and develop the SW to be used in the test system. Experience in handling different data acquisition systems / HW and interface those off the shelf HWs to use in the test system.
Hands on experience in qualifying the test system. Ability to develop the test system for development / environmental / production needs. Having real time production scenarios to develop the test system. Experience in developing open & closed loop the test systems and SIL/HIL test systems. Experience in handling different test equipment’s like Oscilloscope, power analyser, function generator etc., Experience in writing test scripts and knowledge of python scripting. Experience in defining the mechanical and fixtures for the test system. Review the different design lifecycle artifacts generated by the team. Experience in generating different lifecycle artifacts.
