:

- We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented Business Partner HR HRBP to partner with business leaders and drive strategic people initiatives
- In this role you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives enhancing employee experience driving talent management programs and ensuring effective HR governance across your assigned business unit

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and workforce priorities

- Provide people insights and HR solutions to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience

- Lead business unit and organization wide HR projects beyond day to day HR operations

- Employee Engagement Experience
- Drive employee assimilation engagement and retention initiatives

- Conduct employee satisfaction and engagement surveys analyze feedback and implement action plans

- Design and execute meaningful employee engagement and recognition programs

- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee welfare and governance initiatives

- Performance Talent Management
- Support leaders in performance management processes including performance reviews and calibration discussions

- Drive promotion cycles and talent mobility initiatives

- Facilitate coaching mentoring and career development programs

- Identify capability gaps and drive reskilling and upskilling interventions

- Employee Relations Compliance
- Manage critical employee grievance and disciplinary matters in partnership with Employee Relations and Legal teams

- Ensure adherence to HR policies compliance requirements and client specific mandates





- Promote fair and effective feedback mechanisms to improve employee performance and engagement

- Compensation Rewards
- Support compensation planning annual salary revisions performance bonuses and discretionary reward programs

- Drive reward and recognition initiatives including special incentive and salary correction programs

- Ensure compensation decisions are aligned with business objectives and cost effectiveness

- Analytics HR Governance
- Develop and present HR dashboards and reports to leadership teams

- Analyze key HR metrics including attrition engagement workforce trends and organizational health indicators

- Generate insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making and employee interventions

Technical Requirements:

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related discipline

- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering Employee Relations Talent Management or Generalist HR roles

- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills

- Experience working with performance management employee engagement compensation and talent development processes

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with expertise in HR metrics and reporting

- Excellent communication relationship building and influencing skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced setting
