Your key responsibilities

- Robust capability in financial diligence with hands-on experience in reviewing deal-related financial information and identifying key risk areas. Ability to support transaction advisory work by analyzing historical performance, working capital trends, and quality of earnings inputs. Proficient in applying general consulting skills to structure analyses, validate assumptions, and present clear financial findings. Exposure to FDD processes and transaction support activities, with a focus on accuracy, rigor, and timely delivery of diligence outputs. Able to work effectively on senior-field assignments by coordinating inputs, reviewing documentation, and contributing to transaction decision support.
