About The Role

Designation: Senior Associate – Finance Transformation

Location: Vadodara

Key Responsibilities





- Identify and drive finance automation opportunities through collaboration with IT and business teams.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives leveraging automation, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
- Partner with Finance and FP&A; teams to optimize General & Administrative (G&A;) expenses.
- Analyze spending trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop business requirements and support implementation of technology-enabled finance solutions.
- Track, measure, and report benefits from automation and optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- MBA Finance, M.Com (with relevant experience) or equivalent qualification.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Finance, FP&A;, Controllership, or Finance Transformation.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and cost management.
- Experience working on automation, process improvement, ERP, reporting, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, RPA, AI tools, or similar technologies is preferred.

- Finance professional with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Robust analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.
