Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Reporting (FR) Associate with 2- 5years of experience to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL), Record-to-Report (RTR), month-end close, financial statement preparation,



and statutory compliances.

Must-Have Skills

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IGAAP or Ind AS).

Hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting. Experience in

Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.

Experience in month-end/quarter-end closing activities, including:

Accruals

Prepaid reclassifications

Journal entries

Ledger closing

Preparation of Financial Statements.

Strong understanding of accrual accounting.

Statutory Compliance

Working knowledge of

GST

TDS

Income Tax

Companies Act compliances

Experience in supporting statutory audits and statutory compliances.

Core Accounting

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Bank Reconciliation

General Ledger Reconciliation

Journal Entries (including manual adjustments)

Systems & Tools

Tally (Mandatory)

Advanced MS Excel

SUMIFS

VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP

Pivot Tables

Others

Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

Exposure to IFRS or US GAAP.

Experience with Zoho Books or QuickBooks.

Working knowledge of Intercompany Accounting & Eliminations.

Experience in MIS Reporting.

Exposure to Budgeting & Forecasting.

Financial Analysis experience.

Experience in Process Improvement, Standardization, or Automation initiatives.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication skills.

Ability to manage deadlines during month-end closing.

Qualifications

Education: B. Com/M. Com, CA Inter, or MBA (Finance).

Experience: 2-5 years in Finance & Accounting, with good exposure to Indian Accounting Standards.
