Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections and design proposals.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings.
- Prepare and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with site engineers, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Assist with material selection, finishes and architectural detailing.
- Review site progress and resolve design/execution-related issues.
- Prepare drawing revisions and maintain updated project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
- Support projects from concept design through execution and completion.

Software: AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, Enscape or Photoshop will be an advantage.
