Role Description The Senior Architect role at Unite by Runal is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City.

The Senior

Architect will lead the architectural design process for residential, commercial, and studio apartment projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and local regulations. Daily responsibilities include developing concept and detailed designs, preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with engineering, construction, and design teams, and reviewing plans for feasibility, safety, and sustainability. The role involves overseeing project progress, participating in site visits, resolving design-related issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain timelines,



budgets, and quality benchmarks.

The Senior

Architect will also support continuous improvement of design practices and contribute to innovation in layouts, materials, and building technologies.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Ability to manage Integration of design with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines.
- Proven Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with Software Development concepts related to design tools or BIM workflows is an advantage.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and relevant visualization tools.
- Valuable knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and sustainable design practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Several years of experience in a senior or lead architectural role, preferably in real estate development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
