Role & responsibilities

- Lead architectural projects from concept through completion.

- Develop, review and coordinate working drawings, GFC drawings and construction documentation.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

- Ensure compliance with DCPR/UDCPR, building regulations, codes and applicable standards.

- Manage project timelines, resources and deliverables.

- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.

- Review design changes, materials and technical solutions.

- Lead and mentor junior architects and design team members.

- Present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.

- Support client meetings, proposals and business development initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Arch., M.Arch will be an added advantage.





- 5 - 10 years of relevant architectural design and project management experience.

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of SketchUp/BIM tools preferred.

- Experience handling large-scale residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.

- Solid knowledge of DCPR/UDCPR, building bye-laws and construction practices.

- Proven ability to manage clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
