Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support for network-related issues on Linux servers and applications.
- Troubleshoot complex network problems using various tools such as packet capture, fix protocols, and Python scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve high-severity incidents affecting production systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation of troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in L2 level support.
- Solid understanding of Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in working with Linux servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
