- 3+ years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in a multi-client or outsourced services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client files independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid attention to detail with solid organizational and review skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience working with international clients.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to maintain overlap with North American business hours.
