Role & responsibilities

- Own and execute all month-end close activities, including accruals, provisions, manual journal entries, and accounting adjustments.
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, collections, and related adjustment entries.
- Take overall responsibility for Accounts Payable (AP) operations, including payment batch processing and ensuring timely vendor payments.




- Perform and maintain accurate reconciliations of statutory dues, including TDS, GST, and other regulatory obligations.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closure in strict adherence to SLA requirements and checklist deliverables.
- Review, validate, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Trial Balance.
- Provide comprehensive audit support, coordinate with internal and external auditors, and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2+ years of experience in General Ledger (GL), Record-to-Report (R2R), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
- Strong hands-on experience in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Sound knowledge of Indian statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, and related regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in Trial Balance review, financial reporting, and ledger reconciliations.
- Experience in supporting statutory and internal audits, with the ability to effectively coordinate with auditors and stakeholders.
