ROLE SUMMARY The Epic Healthy Planet / Compass Rose / Specialty Pharmacy / Beacon Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting Epic applications related to population health management, oncology, infusion services, and specialty pharmacy operations. The analyst works closely with clinicians, pharmacists, operational leaders, and technical teams to optimize workflows and deliver high-quality integrated solutions that support organizational and patient care objectives.

Certification or proficiency in the following modules is required:

- Epic Healthy Planet

- Epic Compass Rose

- Epic Beacon

- Epic Specialty Pharmacy

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Hands on experience in Epic Healthy planet, Compass Rose, Beacon or Specialty Pharmacy workflows.




- Configure and support Beacon Treatment Plans, Therapy Plans, Protocols, and Infusion workflows to meet clinical requirements.
- Build and maintain Healthy Planet Health Maintece, Care Gaps, Registries, and outreach workflows to support population health initiatives.
- Configure and optimize Specialty Pharmacy Episodes, and patient outreach processes.
- Collaborate with clinicians, pharmacists, and operational stakeholders to translate workflow requirements into Epic build and system enhancements.
- Perform application build, testing, troubleshooting, production support, and change management while adhering to Epic and organizational standards.
- Implementing and maintaining the Epic system along with associated third-party systems by investigating processes to understand operations and developing appropriate system solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional Epic teams and Epic Technical Services (TS) to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions and continuous workflow optimization.
- Responds to Service Requests and develops/maintains strong, positive working relationships with the end user community.
- Identify issues and develop recommendations for improved workflow and/or project design.
- Assist in planning/scheduling meetings and completing all necessary arrangements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead or Manager.
- Communicates effectively with management, steering committees, project sponsors, and subject matter/technical experts and promotes a culture of performance excellence





EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 1 - 3 years of experience as Healthy Planet, Beacon, Compass Rose, or Specialty Pharmacy Analyst
- 3 - 6 years of experience as Healthy Planet, Beacon, Compass Rose, or Specialty Pharmacy Senior Analyst.
- 6 - 9 Years of experience as Healthy Planet, Beacon, Compass Rose, or Specialty Pharmacy Consultant
- Epic certification or proficiency in Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, Beacon, or Specialty Pharmacy.

- Robust understanding of population health, oncology, infusion, care management, and specialty pharmacy workflows.
- Provide Epic application support (Resolve tickets, service/change request, routine maintece), while client focuses on important initiatives
- Working closely with application teams to determine the business needs, document and configure in Epic per the requirements
- Experience performing Epic application build, testing, implementation, and production support activities.
- Experience working with Epic Technical Services (TS) and cross-functional application teams
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task among complex assigned tasks/projects with strong communication and mentorship
- Performs system build. Assist in building master files assigned. Monitors release notes for pertinent build and testing for the system.
- Responsible for project coordination, tracking, scheduling, reporting to ensure the timely and accurate completion of assignments to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department in meeting operational objectives.
