About Department

The Data Intelligence Group is the Data & Analytics arm of TresVista. The department's sole objective is to provide analytical solutions and support to the clients so that they can take data-driven decisions. Broadly, we provide comprehensive solutions across Data Engineering, Data Visualization, Automation, and AI/ML- based solutions.

Role Overview

TresVista is looking to hire a Senior Analyst/ Associate in its Data Intelligence Group team. This role is perfect for a candidate eager to learn and drive end-to-end development of Salesforce based applications from an offshore perspective. The role involves designing, developing, integrating, and managing the full application lifecycle, optimizing performance, and leading technical teams while ensuring governance, documentation, and system reliability.

Key Role Deliverables:

§ Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC

§ Build responsive, polished UIs using React and Lightning Design System





§ Configure declarative workflows and data models in Salesforce

§ Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs and connectors

§ Collaborate with backend and AI teams to ensure seamless data flow

§ Maintain code quality, perform unit testing, and support deployments

Key Capabilities:

§ Salesforce Core: Apex, LWC, Lightning UI, Declarative configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Object Model)

§ Frontend: React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, UI/UX best practices

§ Integration: REST APIs, Salesforce Connect, OAuth, middleware tools

§ Testing: Salesforce test classes, UI automation tools

Experience:

4+ years of overall development experience in software engineering

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or Masters would be preferable.
