Description DESRI is seeking a Senior Analyst – AI/Technology Development to support its renewable energy portfolio in an agile, collaborative environment. The role focuses on building production-grade AI and backend systems for investment, operations, and analytics workflows.

Role: Senior Analyst – AI/Technology Development

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience

- 2–4 years of software engineering experience
- Hands-on exposure to applied AI / LLM systems in production

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field

Responsibilities

- Design and build LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in Python
- Build LLM-driven automations for manual process augmentation or replacement
- Integrate LLMs with structured and unstructured data sources
- Own the end-to-end engineering lifecycle from requirements through iteration
- Establish evaluation and observability frameworks for LLM systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into production-grade AI solutions
- Contribute to code reviews, system design discussions, and engineering best practices

- Support DESRI’s portfolio of wind, solar, and battery projects
- Work in a small, inclusive, highly skilled team in an agile workplace
- Balance cost, latency, and reliability in AI systems
- Ensure AI safety and responsible use
