Role Summary We are hiring a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join our in-house core development team . This is a lead technical role responsible for designing and building

AI-powered business applications

- from solution architecture to production deployment. You will lead the development of products and the integration of AI/ML/GenAI capabilities into enterprise products across Safety, Operations, HR, Finance, and MIS domains.

You will own the solution design, technical direction, and delivery quality for high-impact AI projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build full stack applications (frontend + backend + database + AI layer)
- Own technical decisions: framework selection, architecture patterns, build vs buy recommendations
- Build and optimize GenAI integration layers:
- RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, AI agents, prompt engineering, embeddings
- Ensure architectural consistency across the application portfolio
- Mentor and guide developers in the in-house and support teams
- Collaborate with business/functional SMEs to translate requirements into AI-enabled solutions
- Own code quality, reviews, and technical governance for projects delivered under the team

Required Skills &

• Experience

- Full Stack Development (Must Have)
- Strong backend skills: Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js or .NET Core
- Frontend experience: React / Angular / Flutter (any one)

- Strong SQL skills - schema design, query optimization, stored procedures

- Experience building RAG pipelines, working with vector databases, and prompt engineering

- .NET (C#) and/or Flutter experience
- Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, AI Services, Azure AI Search)
