Description Senior AI / GenAI expert role leading HR AI solutions and capability building in India for Siemens Energy.

Company: Siemens Energy Industrial Turbomachinery India Private Limited

Role: Senior AI / GenAI Expert with Leadership Experience

Location: India, Haryana, Gurugram, Maharashtra, Pune

Experience

- Deep, hands-on AI and GenAI expertise
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI solutions
- Experience leading technical projects or teams
- Experience mentoring engineers and shaping engineering culture
- Ability to influence at senior levels in a complex corporate environment
- Product mindset with strong prioritization and comfort with ambiguity

Responsibilities

- Shape and deliver flagship AI solutions for HR
- Build employee-facing assistants
- Build talent acquisition copilots
- Build knowledge agents for HR Services
- Build decision support for Workforce Analytics
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions from problem framing and data through deployment and continuous improvement
- Translate business pain points into concrete AI solution concepts with realistic build plans and data requirements
- Work with HR stakeholders and international HR AI leadership on roadmap decisions
- Coach engineers and help develop AI talent in India




- Partner with HR colleagues to co-create AI use cases and build AI fluency
- Embed Responsible AI into solution design and delivery
- Contribute to the HR AI roadmap across quick wins, foundational platforms and strategic bets

Additional Responsibilities

- Inspect failure cases and improve prompts and evaluation sets
- Perform technical design reviews on retrieval and agent orchestration
- Align with Cyber Security and Data Privacy on guardrails for pilots
- Work closely with Works Council and Legal to ensure pilots are safe and trustworthy by design
- Help attract and onboard the right talent in India
- Build a robust engineering culture with international HR AI leadership
- Bring HR’s perspective into the broader Siemens Energy AI community
- Join a newly forming international HR AI team with a clear mandate and budget
- Support reimagining core HR processes and services
- Gain insights into the strategic Business / IT Transformation Program
- Build a wide personal network with stakeholders and colleagues across businesses, regions, functions, and internal and external partners

Nice To Have

- Prior experience delivering AI solutions in HR, People Analytics, Finance, Legal, or Procurement
- Familiarity with Workday, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD
- Experience building teams or communities of practice in India or globally
- Familiarity with regulated, data-sensitive environments
- Familiarity with works-council settings
