Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers and recommend perfumes based on their preferences
- Build solid product knowledge (fragrance notes, brands, usage, etc.)
- Achieve sales targets and drive store revenue
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Deliver a premium customer experience
- Handle billing, stock, and day-to-day store operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months+ experience in retail (non-grocery preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Presentable with good customer-handling skills
- Interest in luxury retail/perfumes is a plus
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
