Sales Executive - Flat Glass Industry

Company Overview

We are a leading and well-established Flat Glass trading company with a strong presence across Eastern India. We are looking for young, energetic, and result-oriented Sales Executives to expand our market presence and strengthen customer relationships.

Job Location

West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand & Odisha (Extensive Travel Required)

Job Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Handle and maintain relationships with existing customers

⁠ ⁠Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across assigned territories

⁠ ⁠Travel extensively across West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha for market development

⁠ ⁠Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

⁠ ⁠Actively follow up with customers for orders, payments, and after-sales support

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and dispatch





⁠ ⁠Maintain regular market intelligence and competitor activity updates

⁠ ⁠Build long-term relationships with dealers, fabricators, and trade customers

⁠ ⁠Young, agile, and self-motivated professional

⁠ ⁠Prior experience in sales/marketing preferred (Flat Glass / Building Material industry experience will be an added advantage)

⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

⁠ ⁠Fluent in Hindi and Bengali

⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel extensively

⁠ ⁠Strong customer follow-up and negotiation abilities

⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Qualification

⁠ ⁠Graduate preferred

⁠ ⁠Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
