Part Time Counter and Support Staff

Job Purpose

To support the daily operations of the kiosk during busy hours, assist in customer handling, help at the counter, maintain cleanliness, and provide general support for smooth outlet functioning.

Main Responsibilities1. Customer Support
- Welcome customers politely
- Understand customer requirements
- Help in giving products correctly
- Maintain good and respectful behavior with all customers
- Support smooth service during rush hours

2. Counter Assistance
- Assist at the front counter when needed
- Help in serving products
- Support billing and payment collection if assigned
- Keep the counter area organized and customer-ready
- Help in arranging products neatly at the front

3. Billing and Basic Record Support
- Help in making bills if required
- Support in maintaining basic sales record
- Assist in checking sold products and available stock
- Inform senior staff if any item is getting finished

4. Product Handling Support
- Help in bringing products from storage or freezer to the counter
- Handle dairy, ice cream,



and packed items carefully
- Support in arranging stock properly
- Avoid product damage, wastage, or careless handling

5. Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Help keep the outlet clean and hygienic
- Clean the counter, shelves, and customer-facing area when required
- Assist in maintaining inside and outside cleanliness
- Make sure the outlet always looks neat and presentable
- Follow proper hygiene while handling food products

6. Rush Hour and Shift Support
- Provide extra support during busy hours
- Help the main sales/counter staff in handling crowd
- Assist in packing products and preparing customer orders
- Coordinate with other staff members for smooth service

7. Small Delivery / Support Work
- If required, help with small deliveries inside the campus
- Ensure timely support in straightforward order movement
- Inform responsible staff if any issue comes during delivery or service
