Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Russian Language Trainer to join our language training team. The trainer will be responsible for teaching Russian language courses from beginner to advanced levels, preparing students for international certifications, and improving their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills for academic, professional, and immigration purposes.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Russian language classes for A1 to C1 levels as per CEFR standards.
- Design and deliver structured lesson plans for grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation.
- Prepare students for international proficiency exams (such as TORFL).
- Develop teaching materials, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct regular tests, mock exams, and performance evaluations.
- Provide individual feedback and doubt-clearing sessions to students.
- Adapt teaching methods for classroom, online, and hybrid modes.
- Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and batch documentation.
- Support students in improving communication skills for careers, study abroad,



and travel.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic meetings.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Russian Language, Literature, Linguistics, or related field.
- Certification in Russian language teaching or TORFL qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in Russian language training.
- Excellent command over Russian and English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with CEFR levels and international teaching standards.
- Experience in online teaching platforms will be an added advantage.
