Job Title: Dispatch Executive (Packaging Industry)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute daily dispatch of finished goods (corrugated boxes / woven sacks / packaging materials)

Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely deliveries

Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, e-way bill, delivery challan, LR)

Ensure proper loading, packing, and vehicle utilization

Track shipments and update customers on delivery status

Maintain dispatch records, stock movement, and reports

Coordinate with transporters and negotiate freight when required

Ensure compliance with safety and statutory dispatch norms

Requirements:
Graduate (preferred)

2-5 years experience in dispatch/logistics (preferably packaging/manufacturing)

Knowledge of GST documentation & e-way bill

Basic Excel and ERP knowledge

Valuable coordination and communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
