Job Overview:
We are looking for a Client Success & Social Media Executive to manage client relationships, handle inquiries through social media platforms, and maintain data using Zoho CRM. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries and interactions via social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Manage and update leads in Zoho CRM:
- Ensure timely follow-ups and client engagement
- Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion and updates
- Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy
- Support social media engagement and basic content coordination

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Experience with Zoho CRM (preferred)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of social media handling
- Organized and detail-oriented

Pay: ₹9,990.97 - ₹35,724.24 per month
