Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
- Design engaging content including posts, reels, and stories
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and campaign messaging
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for better reach & engagement
- Stay updated with latest trends, reels formats, and algorithm changes
- Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams
- Handle basic community management (comments, DMs, engagement)
- Assist in photoshoots and content direction

Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong knowledge of Instagram growth strategies and trends
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools




- Basic video editing skills (Reels, Shorts)
- Understanding of analytics and performance tracking
- Good communication and content writing skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands
- Knowledge of influencer collaborations and campaigns
- Familiarity with e-commerce brands (Etsy, Shopify, etc.)
