Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Writing, editing, and publishing engaging posts (text, image captions, and scriptwriting) for social media channels daily.
- Strategy & Planning: Creating and maintaining a content calendar that matches company milestones, campaigns, and holidays.
- Engagement & Community Management: Responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media pages in a timely and skilled manner.
- Research: Monitoring social media trends, popular hashtags, and industry news to create timely and relevant content.
- Analytics & Reporting: Tracking performance metrics (engagement, reach, click-through rates) using tools like Instagram Insights or LinkedIn Analytics to optimize future content.
- Collaboration: Working with designers, video editors, and the marketing team to ensure content is visually appealing and aligned with the overall brand identity.
