Job Title: Purchase Executive
Location: Sodepur, Kolkata

Experience: 2-7 Years (preferred)

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchase order management
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor base for mechanical, electrical, and civil materials
- Conduct vendor negotiations to achieve cost savings and favorable terms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for material requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Prepare and maintain procurement records, reports, and documentation
- Work closely with finance and stores departments for invoice processing and stock verification
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
